I havE used their services 3 times so far. Items shown in pictures are similar to ones in real life (sometimes websites show something else but you get something else). Their online ordering is very easy and fast. I will continue using all their services in future as well. Only thing I would like for them to include is gift service es across Canada as well (not just Rakhi but other b'day presents ,flowers ,cakes , etc). I am happy with the service so far. :) Thanks!!
